Overview We want you to have a great experience with our brand. If you have issues with your order, please reach out to contact@drink-todo.com within 30 days of delivery.

A Note on Taste We put a lot of work into our formulations, but we know that taste is subjective. As such, we cannot offer refunds solely because the flavor wasn't a match for your palate.

Our Approach to Returns (Donation First) If you have ordered product that is intact but you no longer wish to keep, we have a "Donation First" philosophy:

  1. Donate: We encourage customers to donate unwanted, unopened bottles to a local food bank or shelter. Each bottle is a complete meal that can significantly help someone in need.

  2. Return: If a return is necessary and approved by our team, we will accept returns of undamaged product.

    • We Provide: A prepaid return shipping label.

    • You Provide: A secure box and packaging materials.

Damages If your order arrived damaged or defective, please email us photos immediately so we can issue a replacement or refund. 

Refund Processing Refunds exclude original shipping costs and are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Sale items, trial boxes, and gift cards are non-refundable.
